Yang Bao (b. 1991) is a New York-based installation artist, pianist, and composer who works in sound sculpture, live performance, composition, video and painting. Known for his large-scale metal sound sculptures, in which his site-specific "Infinity Music" compositions multiply and evolve based on time and chance, he transforms landscapes and architectures into monumental super-instruments. With his interdisciplinary creativity, he visualizes sound as physical and minimalistic forms, creating an experiential synthesis of the arts.
His large-scale outdoor sound sculpture complex "HYPERSPACE" has been permanently collected and exhibited at The Donum Estate in California—one of the world’s largest sculpture collections for contemporary art. His artworks have also been collected by Long Museum and commissioned by DIOR, Louis XIII, etc. His solo shows include “MADLANDS” (Long Museum, Shanghai, 2024), “Hear A Century Ahead” (Former British Consulate, Shanghai, 2021), “Late Night Savage” (Cc Foundation, Shanghai, 2021). He has been awarded Maria Manetti Shrem Composer Prize, Forbes China's "Most Influential Young Artists" and Robb Report's "Young Artist of the Year." As a classical pianist graduated from The Juilliard School and New England Conservatory of Music, he recently performed Rachmaninoff's "Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini" with China Philharmonic Orchestra at National Centre for the Performing Arts, and debuted his major symphonic and piano composition "First Day on Mars" and “Sol” in California.

鲍杨（1991年）是一位驻纽约的装置艺术家、钢琴家和作曲家，创作媒介包涵声音雕塑、现场演出、作曲、影像及绘画。鲍杨以他的大型金属声音雕塑而受到广泛关注，其中他的特定场域原创作曲 “永久音乐”，随着时间的叠加和偶发的演化，在他的声音雕塑中聚合成不可预测的交响，将自然环境和建筑物转化为巨型乐器。他凭借跨学科的创造力，将声音视觉化为实体而极简的形式，创造多感官的综合性艺术体验。
鲍杨的大型户外声音雕塑群 “HYPERSPACE”由世界最大的当代艺术雕塑收藏之一The Donum Estate在美国加州永久收藏展出。他的作品也由龙美术馆永久收藏，迪奥、路易十三等国际品牌委任合作。他的个展包括“狂幻之野”（龙美术馆，上海，2024）、“Hear A Century Ahead”（原英国驻沪总领事馆，上海，2021）、 “午夜魑魅”（Cc基金会，上海，2021）。鲍杨曾荣获 Maria Manetti Shrem 作曲家奖、《福布斯》中国最具影响力的青年艺术家、《罗博报告》年度青年艺术家奖。作为一名毕业于茱莉亚音乐学院和新英格兰音乐学院的钢琴家，鲍杨近期与中国爱乐乐团在国家大剧院演出《拉赫玛尼诺夫帕格尼尼狂想曲》，并在美国加州首演他的钢琴与大型交响乐作曲《火星初日》和《Sol》。
